Aircraft can be bought in cash or financed. The Bank of Los Santos offers a 5 year(60 in game month) loan to pay off your personal vehicle. To calculate the monthly price, divide the full price of the vehicle by 60. In order to buy and fly aircraft you will need a Pilot's License. Pilot's Licenses cost $10,000 and you cannot have a felony to obtain one.
