Crime Outbreak in LS

A series of crime outbreaks have widespread across Los Santos. Crimes including bank robberies, cocaine theft, and a wide variety of other crimes. Los Santos seems to be flooding with cash as citizens cruise the highways in their Military Grade Insurgents. These Insurgent Drivers seem to be killing anyone in sight, some are peaceful but most are bashing into players with their giant Military Grade iron bumper. A guy by the name of Lester Crest seems to be connected to all of these crime outbreaks. He is known for his involvement in multiple hacking incidents and his name has been brought up in association with assassinations of famous people across Los Santos. Nobody really knows what he looks like or what he is truly involved in. Even his closest friends seem to know nothing about him. Various other names have been brought up like Trevor Phillips, and a few other names that are widely known for their association with crime. More details will be released as soon as we learn more on these criminal masterminds.
